Note on Cleanup Work If your books need catch-up work, we start with the Keystone or Capstone level for the cleanup period (typically 30-90 days). Once you're current, you can choose to move to a lower tier if that better fits your ongoing needs.

Tier 2: Keystone


Robust financial oversight and controls, enabling proactive financial decisions and business growth. Compliance + Insights = Growth 

 $1,500-$2,000 Billed monthly


Includes:


● Everything in Tier 1

● Owner/bookkeeper education and training

● Monthly strategy sessions via Zoom

● Mid-year tax meeting

● Financial accuracy for long-term business success

● Customer/tenant invoicing and payment processing

● Accounts receivable management

● Vendor payment processing

● Sales tax tracking, processing, and filing

● Other tax filings - occupancy etc.

● Business annual reports, registration, renewals, licenses etc. as required

● Payroll (must be full service) for up to 15 employees

● Audit support if needed 

Tier 3: Capstone 

Strategic CFO guidance and future-focused planning for accelerating growth and achieving financial independence. 

$2,500-$4,000 Billed annually
