➤ Multi-location operations expertise: Previously served as operations manager for 7 recreational business locations, so I know how to juggle many projects at once and track performance across multiple properties. 

➤ Food & beverage cost control specialist: I have a particular talent for keeping your operational costs in line. I know what your percentages should be and can help you find ways to bring more dollars to your bottom line.

➤ QuickBooks certified: I've taken extensive courses on both the online platform and desktop versions, ensuring I can work with whatever system you prefer.

➤ Willing to travel: Although I run a virtual service, I'm happy to travel for our initial setup and to meet your in-house staff when needed. 

Who I Am Outside
The Numbers: 

➤ I'm the mother of 2 adult daughters and 2 granddaughters

➤ I LOVE making lists, both online and on paper, and finding ways to complete things on those lists! (Fun fact: my daughters use lists extensively as well)

➤ I am obsessed with magazines, productivity apps, reading biographies and non-fiction books

➤ If I hadn't gone into business, I probably would have been a pharmacist, librarian, or chef, I was a "foodie" LONG before it was a thing!!

➤ I am insanely good at keeping organized and remembering details which makes me excellent at what I do.
